TTEC Holdings, Inc. (TeleTech) is launching a new healthcare program, hiring United States (US)-registered nurses (RN) with its NCLEX certification center located in Cainta, Rizal.
Initially, TeleTech will employ up to 30 nurses by mid-August and plans to hire as many as 150.
As the initiative grows, it will also invest in education programs to support local nurses looking to expand their careers with the NCLEX certification.
The company will hold an online recruitment process for the safety of candidates and employees amid the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic.
Once hired, the positions will be onsite in the TeleTech Cainta facility, following strict health and safety protocols.
US-registered nurses with TeleTech will have the chance to use their experience in the nursing field, their soft skills such as empathy and compassion, and their exceptional English skills to support customers of pharmaceutical companies.
RNs working with the firm, likewise, can utilize their nursing skills and knowledge in an environment with reduced physical demands over working in a clinical setting.
TeleTech supports their ongoing education and career development by financing continuing education and licensing fees.
