The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is pushing for the construction of Harbor Link Port Access Mobility Facility, a 5.1-kilometer elevated expressway from Navotas to Anda Circle in Port Area, Manila worth about P16 billion proposed by NLEX Corp.
“It’s on going, we are just reconciling the alignment with other projects. There are about three possible projects that will utilize the same similar right of way, so we need to reconcile. Hopefully by next month or so, there will be a conceptual plan so that we can continue,” Public Works Secretary Mark Villar said over the weekend via virtual conference.
Villar was referring to the project of San Miguel Corp’s Pasig River Expressway and the Department of Transportation’s railway project.
“But definitely were helping push the project. The timeline is by next month we can come up a plan, conceptual design that can accommodate the different alignments,” he added.
