Airlines have scheduled commercial flights at 20 airports in the country after Local Government Units (LGUs) allowed the commercial operation of airports in their respective areas, according to the Department of Transportation. 

“Some airports, while allowing commercial flights, are subject to different documentary and passenger LGU restrictions,” the agency said. 

“Note that the resumption of regular commercial flights depend on coordination and conditions imposed by LGUs,” it added.
